QuiltPass lets you check in at participating quilt shops and share photos of them. It is operated by QuiltMap and provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
You keep ownership of every photo you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant QuiltPass and QuiltMap a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and adapt (e.g., crop or resize) that photo on QuiltPass, QuiltMap, and related promotional materials, credited or uncredited, with no obligation of payment. You can ask us to stop displaying a photo at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it from public display within a reasonable period (copies may persist in backups).
Submit only photos you took yourself, of the shop and its surroundings. Don't upload photos of identifiable people without their permission, or anything unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate. Photos are reviewed before public display and may be rejected for any reason.
Each photo is stored with your account identifier and, if available, the location reported by your device at upload time, so we can verify it was taken at the shop.
Check-ins are verified with your device's location and shop-posted QR codes. Attempting to falsify a check-in (location spoofing, sharing codes, etc.) may result in removal of your check-ins or your account from the hop, and forfeits any prize eligibility.
Prizes, where offered, are donated by participating shops and redeemed at the shop. QuiltPass is not responsible for prize availability or fulfillment. Void where prohibited.
